Here are the conditions that apply in order to become a partner:
To be incorporated in Quebec.
Hold a car dealer license.
Be a merchant with SaaqClic in order to be able to transfer ownership via the system.
Be able to repay creditors for the remaining balances on the vehicles as well as hand over the balance to the selling customer via an accounting system.
Have a team of drivers in place to pick up purchased vehicles.
