There is no no charge to register your vehicle for auction between individuals and our dealer partners.
Referral fees only apply when your vehicle is sold. That
equals a minimum amount of $300 or 1% of the selling price (for
vehicles of $30,000 and over). These fees will be deducted from the sale price. These fees must also be paid in the event that the minimum price is reached or exceeded during the auction or during a cancellation.

Frequently asked questions to sell your car at auction.
The auctions take place every Tuesday. You can add your vehicle to the platform at any time, but you still have to wait until Tuesday for the auction. From the start of the auction, a maximum of 48 hours is required to obtain the results. If your vehicle is sold, the buyer must normally take possession of it within 7 to 10 days following the auction.
We suggest that you do your research on the current market in order to get your own idea. We advise you to keep in mind that our buyers are dealers who must resell the car later. The buyer is responsible for communicating with you and coordinating the taking possession of your vehicle. Transport will be at the expense of the buyer. He will also work with you to determine the best payment method. Please note that the fee will be deducted from the amount of the sale. (example of a vehicle sold for $30,000 = $29,700 ($30,000 - $300).

If a sale is made with aukcio and you wish to cancel the transaction, a cancellation fee of $300 or 1% of the sale price plus applicable taxes will be required by credit card. Refusal to sell after reaching the minimum price or accepting an offer is considered to be a cancellation. As well as a bad statement by the seller leading to a cancellation.
If the buyer is dissatisfied with the vehicle, he is required to notify the aukcio team, which acts as an arbitrator between you and him. We will do everything in our power to facilitate negotiations between the parties and will cancel the sale if necessary. Please note that the fee remains applicable in the event of your vehicle being forgotten or misdeclared if the sale is cancelled.
Your Vehicle will be sold automatically only if your floor price is reached or exceeded during the auction. If this is the case, you agree to proceed with the sale of your vehicle. You can also accept or refuse an offer from a dealer following a call from one of our representatives. You will then have the option to cancel the sale for a fee.

If you do not receive an offer or if your floor price is not reached, you will be notified after the auction closes. You will not be charged any fees and you will be invited to relaunch your vehicle at the next auction while revising your floor price.
The buyer must normally take possession of your vehicle within 7 to 10 days following the auction or according to the availability established during your registration. The buyer makes the payment when taking possession of the vehicle.

If your floor price is not reached during the first auction, you can relaunch your vehicle as many times as you want. This step is free and allows you, if necessary, to revise your floor price. Transaction and delivery
When an offer is accepted, a sales contract is sent to you by email. The buying dealer will then contact you to schedule the delivery of the vehicle at their expense and will work with you to determine the best payment method.
